Creation in Motion

Attend the cast party at the historic and inaugural Creation in Motion exhibition, and support American contemporary modern dance.

The committee for the Contemporary American Dance Museum presents: Creation in Motion. An exhibition documenting the creation of A Place of Sun, a new dance choreographed by Stephanie Batten Bland, developed at the Baryshnikov Arts Center. Creation in Motion explores the creative process of making A place of Sun through drawing, painting, sculpture, photographers, video, manuscript material and original research.

Enjoy wine and hors d’oeuvres at the cast party on May 18th in NYC with Choreographer, Stefanie Batten Bland, her company of dancers, and participating artists: Benjamin Heller, Miguel Anaya, Carol Prud’homme Davis, Jonathan Paul Wagner, Kristin Kunc, Antonio Lai da Teulada and Adam Miller. Raffle prizes include original artwork from the exhibition.
