Mana Fine Arts utilizes the most current technology to ensure the security and integrity of your art.

For security, we employ the Freedom CCTV/Digital System – which includes 65 cameras, with 8 cameras dedicated to art storage, including all entrances and exits. There is a building-wide surveillance system and a separate dedicated system, both tied into the master system of the building which is monitored 24/7 including all holidays. Our highly trained guards also make regular tours of the building, which is equipped with electronically tagged hourly surveillance checkpoints.

MFA also maintains your art's integrity with our custom designed HVAC system that maintains 70 degrees F (+/- 2 degrees F) with relative humidity maintained at 55% (+/- 2% RH). The 10,000 square foot cellar has two of these systems that work independently of each other. The facility has been insulated to handle environmental requirements, and we use low-heat, low-wattage fluorescent lighting on timers.

MFA’s technological features are also designed to involve you. By using our computerized inventory system you get unprecedented on-line access to your own collection. Our unique bar-code system allows you keep track of your items with details such as: description/name of the piece, dimensions, total cubic feet, condition, origin of the item and a digital image. With one click of the mouse our clients can also add an item to a work order and give instructions for delivery as well as track the progress of our work and see where their order(s) stand in real time.
