At Mana Contemporary, all of our offices feature large windows letting in natural daylight and offering spectacular views. As an additional option, we also provide custom lighting such as true-light UV-filtered fluorescent bulb lighting.
Electricity & WiFi
Electricity is included in the standard rental fee, and our in-house electrician can provide additional outlets and other custom solutions. High-speed wireless internet is available as a custom solution.

Every office is equipped with running hot and cold water and slop sinks. Additionally, there are shared bathrooms on every floor.

Our facility is equipped for you to load and unload oversized equipment and materials safely. Oversized doors and hallways allow for easy manuevering of large items.
Loading Dock & Freight Elevator
Office space tenants have access to our loading docks and freight elevator during operational hours (7 a.m.-7 p.m.). The gates at our loading docks measure 12’6” x 7’6.” Our freight elevator is 7’11” H x 8’9” W x 16’ D and can hold a maximum of 8,000 lbs.

Our facilities boast exemplary security standards unmatched in the field. Using UL-2 certified closed circuit digital video surveillance, comprised of 40 color cameras and motion sensors, our security links all alarm information to our central DGA-controlled security station. Further, electronic visitor management systems enhance security through video verification, secured access cards and number codes on every door. These systems are backed by a diesel-powered generator ensuring uninterrupted security, lights, environmental control and elevator access.
Storage Racks & Shelving
Offices at Mana Contemporary can be equipped with custom storage and shelving to accommodate your materials and equipment in a way that best suits you. Our contractors can work with you to provide custom solutions, such as oversized racks for large items.
